Even the demons knew who Jesus was. In this story, Jesus name is revealed, but not by man, the demon refers to Jesus as “Son of the Most High God.” We have nothing to fear from the enemy when we realize that enemy cowers under the power and authority of Jesus’ name. When we have Jesus living in us, we have everything. Jesus sought out the demon-possessed man, and He seeks us out too. He comes to bring life and freedom over every dark place.
